The Dacia Spring control-unit list, trouble-code labels and failure-type tables used to describe diagnostic codes, and the live-data field maps (identifiers, bit positions, scaling and units) used for the read-only BMS readout, come from the open-source CanZE project (Spring files of the iboboc/CanZE repository). They are used unchanged in separate, versioned stores; BATTOCAN’s own explanations, selection and translations are kept separately.

The CanZE data are community-maintained and not manufacturer documentation; BATTOCAN marks every description with its source and confidence and never treats it as vehicle-validated without a documented real-car check.
